- First, log in to your URL.RW account dashboard.
- Navigate to your Account Settings. Inside your settings, look for the “Referrals” section or tab.
- Under the “Invite people” heading, you’ll see your “Referral link” displayed in a box. It will look something like https://url.rw/?ref=YourUniqueCode.
- This is the link you need to share. Copy this entire URL.
Step 2: Create an Easy-to-Share Short Link (Recommended)
While your full referral link works perfectly, creating a custom, branded short link using URL.RW’s own shortener makes it much more memorable and professional for sharing!
- Navigate to the “Shortened links“ section from the main dashboard menu.
- Click the “Create Link” button.
- In the “Destination URL” (or “Long URL”) field, paste the full affiliate link you copied in Step 1.
- In the “Custom alias” field, type the short, memorable ending you want for your link (e.g., your name, your brand: YourName). This creates an easy-to-share link like url.rw/YourName.
- Click “Save” or “Create link”. Now, when someone clicks url.rw/YourName, they’ll be taken through your affiliate link!
Step 3: Add Your Affiliate Link to Your URL.RW Bio Page (Key Strategy!)

- Go to the “Biolink pages“ section in your dashboard.
